The consumer may rescind until midnight of the third business day following the last of consummation, delivery of the notice and delivery of all material disclosures (12 CFR 1026.23(a)(3)). For rescission, business days are all days except Sundays and legal public holidays (12 CFR 1026.2(a)(6)). From Thursday: Friday (1), Saturday (2), skip Sunday, Monday (3).
